Privacy notice.
What the club keeps when you ask for a place, and why. Short, because we keep very little.
Contact address: to be added before the list opens.
Who is responsible
Wojciech Pacynko, a private individual who runs the Costa del Sol Board Game Social Club as a concept. There is no company behind it.
What we keep
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- The level you chose (A seat, or The Reserved Table).
Plus the date of your request and the fact that you ticked the consent box. Nothing else. We do not keep your IP address. To stop the form being flooded, the site keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of it for one hour, and then it is gone.
Why
To tell you when places open, and to plan the first evenings: how many people, which level, which town.
Legal basis
Your consent, given with the tick box under the form. You can withdraw it at any time; that does not affect what was done before.
Where it is stored
With Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site. Cloudflare stores it on our behalf, as a processor.
How long
Until you ask to be removed. If the club does not open, your details are deleted 12 months after our last contact with you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your details.
- We do not share them with anyone.
- No tracking cookies. No analytics.
- No payment is taken on this site.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can:
- see what we hold about you;
- have it corrected;
- have it deleted;
- withdraw your consent;
- complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD, at www.aepd.es.

Fonts on this site come from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for them when a page loads. The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a program, is sending it; for that check your browser talks to Cloudflare, which sees technical details such as your IP address and browser.
