Why it lands at the table
Love Letter is Seiji Kanai's tiny game of deduction. You try to get your letter to the princess while knocking rivals out of the round.
On your turn you draw a card and play one of two, and every card is a small action: guess, peek, compare, protect.
Twenty minutes, easy to teach.
How it plays
- 01
Hold one card; draw a second.
- 02
Play one and resolve it.
- 03
Guess someone's card, compare hands or protect yourself.
- 04
Be knocked out if caught.
- 05
Last in, or highest card, wins the round; collect tokens.
