Why it lands at the table
Cult of the Lamb: The Board Game, from Paper Fort Games, plays over four rounds for one to four. Each round has a Crusade phase, a branching dungeon with dice-assignment combat and Bishops, and a Cult phase of worker placement with followers, food, faith and sickness.
Players are prophets: Lamb, Goat, Owl and Snake. An optional final fight with The One Who Waits ends the game.
